Refund and Return Policy

At Party People Sunglasses, we want you to be thrilled with your new shades. However, we understand that sometimes a style might not be exactly what you expected. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Return & Exchange Windows

  • Returns for Refund: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

  • Exchanges: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different model.

2. Shipping Costs (Responsibility of the Customer)

To keep our prices competitive and support our small business, the customer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs:

  • Return Shipping: The customer must arrange and pay for the shipping of the item back to our warehouse in Valencia, Spain.

  • Exchange Shipping: In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping of the original item AND the shipping costs for the new replacement product to be sent out.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Outlet & Last Call)

  • Important: Items purchased from our Outlet, Sale, or Last Call sections are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

4. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).

  • In its original packaging (including the PET recycled case and any accessories).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

5. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for processing your return. You will receive the full amount paid for the product (excluding original shipping costs).

6. How to Start a Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at partypeopleeu@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the shipping address in Valencia.

  3. Send the package using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
