At Party People Sunglasses, we are committed to delivering our Mediterranean-inspired eyewear from Valencia, Spain, to your doorstep with speed and transparency.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping to the European Union (EU)

As a Spain-based brand, all EU orders are shipped without any customs friction.

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE tracked shipping on all EU orders over €90.

  • Taxes: VAT is included in the price for all EU destinations.

3. Shipping to the United States (USA)

We provide reliable international shipping to all 50 states.

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE tracked shipping on all US orders over $100.

4. IMPORTANT: US Customs, Duties & Tariffs

Please note that as of August 2025, the United States has suspended the previous "de minimis" exemption ($800 duty-free limit). All commercial imports into the USA, regardless of their value, are now subject to customs duties and processing.

  • Responsibility: All import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Estimated Costs: For goods arriving from the EU, you should expect a reciprocal tariff (currently approximately 15% of the order value) plus courier processing/brokerage fees (typically between $20–$30 USD).

  • Payment: Our shipping is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your local courier (FedEx, DHL, or USPS) will contact you to collect these fees before or at the time of delivery.

  • FDA Compliance: Sunglasses are classified as Class I medical devices by the FDA. All Party People sunglasses meet the 21 CFR 801.410 impact resistance standards (Drop Ball Test), ensuring they are safe for the US market.

5. Returns Due to Unpaid Customs

If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs charges, or if the fees are not paid, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred by Party People will be deducted from your refund.

6. Track Your Order

Every order is sent via a tracked service. You can follow your package's journey from Valencia across the Atlantic or through Europe via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
